Thank you for shopping with IHSC! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the USPS website at usps.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with USPS to resolve the issue.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
